Please note:
The Palliative Care Navigators will continue to be available Monday to Friday from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM (ACDT) during Christmas and New year period except for the public holidays.
The Aboriginal Palliative Care Service closes at 01:00 PM on 23rd December 2025 (ACDT) reopening on Monday 5th January 2026 at 09:00 AM (ACDT).
The Bereavement service closes at 12:00 PM on 24th December 2025 reopening at 09:00 AM on Monday 5th January 2026 (ACDT)
